We offer paid subscription plans. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
You retain ownership of the media assets you upload. Brandzy.ai retains ownership of the underlying AI models, software, and generated templates. We grant you a license to use the generated videos for your marketing purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandzy.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
